Tortuga Frameworks

Experience has shown that this system is the most durable framework in its class. The pipes are made of an aluminium alloy specially manufactured for Tortuga in Central Europe. Its strength is 280-360 N/mm^2. Its surface is highly compacted and calibrated. The knots are made of solid aluminium casting. The foot parts are made from hot-dip galvanized steel and are therefore particularly resistant, even on rough floors. Due to the modularity, spare parts are always available at short notice.

This system consists of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel elements and is sourced from us through a German manufacturer. The errection is very easy, since the system consists of only 5 different elements (end angle, center angle, gable tube, first tube, foot tube). Knots and tubes are secured by means of push-buttons. It differs from the TOFLEX 40 also by its very compact packing size, as the pipes have a pluggable spring connection in the middle. Due to the modularity, spare parts are always available at short notice.
